My name is Angela
The Find Your Flow Coach for Professionals
In my 20+ year professional career I have a breadth of experience across business and technology. I am the IMAGE/PwC Digital & Technology Businesswoman of the Year 2022, an ex Senior Vice President in a Global Fortune 500 Company where I managed a global team, and was the Ireland Office Site Lead in a multi-national.
I hold an Advanced Diploma in Personal, Life, Executive Coaching & an Advanced Diploma in Team Coaching.
Towers and Tide was born from my love of coaching and mentoring, and a desire to help those who don't always get the tap on the shoulder. Colleagues have described me as laser-sharp, and that same focus is exactly what I bring to my coaching clients.
Flow is the feeling of absorption, quiet confidence, and effort that has meaning; finding your flow is where you do your best work. I help people find their way there.
